We're excited to introduce e-Factor^®, a brand-new tool that helps you better understand your EI strengths and weaknesses.

In just about an hour online, e-Factor^® gives you an 'EQ' score that's as trustworthy and unbiased as an IQ test. It uses a method called Situation Judgement Test (SJT), along with data from your own and others' reports about you, to make sure we measure your real-world EI performance accurately. The results show 12 abilities grouped in four sections, helping you understand your EI skills, celebrate your strengths, and identify areas you might want to work on.
